4. Bylaws

It is important for all LATS colleagues to get familiar with the LATS bylaws. To read with details the LATS bylaws, we recommend our colleagues to enter our site www.lats.org and at the left column click on “Files” and click on “Revised as of 2003”. In Cordoba, 2003, our passed president Aldo Coleoni suggested important changes in our Bylaws.

Suggestions for bylaw modifications can be done by any LATS member through a letter to the Secretary-Treasurer (hansgraf@bighost.com.br) at least one month before the General Assembly. The rules may be amended by a two-thirds vote of Active members.

Our best regards

Nelson Wohllk – LATS President

Guillermo Juvenal – LATS President –Elect

Hans Graf – LATS Secretary-Treasurer
