Message from the President

Dear Colegues:
It is our great pleasure to invite you to next XII LATS Meeting, which will be held, in Santiago do Chile, from April, 27th to 30th , 2007. The Scientific Committee, under the leadership of Dr. Guillermo Juvenal and the Local Organizing Committee, under the leadership of Dr. Nelson Wohllk, has done a superb job. All the foreign guests are already confirmed and the Scientific Program is very much advanced, with a very exciting program, covering the most up-to-date issues, from basic to clinical thyroidology.
It will be a great opportunity to learn from the experts and meet colleagues from all over Latin America. In addition, you will have the chance to visit Santiago de Chile, a very developed city surrounded by the Andes Mountains. The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Hotel, with all it facilities, located nearby tourist attractions and gastronomic sites. Welcome to Santiago de Chile, 2007.
